Hsing-Ta (Theta) Chen is an assistant professor at the University of Notre Dame, specializing in theoretical chemical physics and quantum dynamics. His research explores strong light-matter interactions, macroscopic quantum electrodynamics, and polariton chemistry to control material properties at the nanoscale. By developing novel theoretical models and open-source quantum simulation tools, Chen's lab provides new design principles for next-generation photovoltaics and nano-devices.
